My current nutrition program consists of lots of protein/veggies/fruits and less carb filled meals.

My current exercise program consists of walking/jogging at least 30 minutes per day. Cardio videos such as Burn Pilates, TaeBo or Biggest Loser 3 times per week.

Thank you for stopping by my blog. I was actually considering that surgery this year and then I just realized that nothing will change if I don't change and I chose to lose it the natural way. I am glad I did and stories like your sister make me feel better about my choice.

My sister and I actually met up for a workout tonight and she did amazing! She pushed so hard and worked so hard. I know it wont mean anything if her nutrition isnt on point but I am hoping the effort I seen tonight in the gym will translate to her eating habits.

I know you suffered a major loss a few days ago and I was just checking in to see how you were feeling. You handled it so well but even the strongest of us need to have a meltdown. Take care of yourself and remember how important it is to grieve and that we all have your back. emoticon
