TIme for a Change
After to many years of being at a unhealthy weight I have decided to make a change. Not another diet, but a life style change. I am now on my way in this new journey.

My Goals:
I want to be able to run in a 10k race and to be under 200 pounds for the first time in over 30 years.
My Program:
It's been a little over three months and I started with goal of walkong 2 miles every day. I now can and do walk at least 4 miles every day and have started jogging 2 miles 3 times a week. I also have started eating only healthy foods and eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day.
