My Goals:
I want to lose 5 pounds this month and my ultimate is to lose 28-30.
On my 63 BD I would like to have lost 15.
I would really like to take a walk in the woods of a tropical rain forest in Brazel or go to Ireland or England, Main, and a short term goal a scenic beautiful peaceful place in California.

My Program:
Well I believe I have found something I really like and that is dancing to oldies but goodies off my cable. I also like walking and listening to biblical messages as I walk. I am actually walking 1 -1.5 miles each morning and I aim to walk a 5K.

Personal Information:
I live in Sun City CA. And was born in Cleveland Ohio. I am married to a wonderful man and Elder of our church for 10 years. I am a grand and great-grand of 10 grands each.
We have a soup kitchen and outreach ministry. Feeding and supplying for the homeless, families and all in need.

Other Information:
I enjoy old black and white classic movies. I enjoy reading and am presently writing my first book and it is being edited as I share and soon to be published

Were you able to get moving today?
I have decided that I have to get up early and do my aerobics routine. I have to. I have grained all the losses I made. The extra weight is slowing me down.

Please continue to keep me in your prayers.... especially DH whose health is not the best, with his dementia acting up. I end up bearing the brunt of his crankiness.

Hi Sharon,

Very uplifting to know that your doc has reduced your meds. That is definitely a good sign. Praise The Lord, he answers our prayers in many ways. My health too is on the mend. Have been able to walk better now, just a cane and a little assistance from a caregiver. I hurt lesser too...Praise The Lord
