My Goals:
My main goal is to lose weight but I would like to have a healthier life as well.
My Program:
Starting with baby stepd introduce a new eating program first for a while. Then add light excercise and eventually have some heavy cardio workouts as well.

I am from San Diego and am currently residing in Ensenada Mexico as a missionary!
