I survived many changes at work and at home in 2013 that have left me placing new emphasis on self-care and simplicity.

As 2014 begins, I'm setting new priorities and I want my life to be about:
-- Connection with friends & family
-- Incorporating health and fitness into everyday routines
-- Renewal in my worklife & career
-- Perseverence in my personal goals & intentions.

Treating myself and others with kindness is my starting point!

Thank you for commenting on my blog about procrastination. I love what you said about change being more than a decision. I have made that decision many times and followed through some of the time. It is the action that counts. The actions tell me if I will change or not. Not the decision. I am heading in the right direction. Thank you for the encouragement.
