I signed up for spark on Aug6, 2013. Working on a lifestyle change, not just weight loss. Gave up the soft drinks, watching my food, exercising.

Hey girl ... i just read your post .. I do fit lynx as well at my gym . Did they tell you that you will get a monthly summary via email ? and that you can log in at home to manually log your activity ? At my gym I entered the holiday maintain contest . Where you have to log 14 visits with fit lynx to be entered into a cash drawing . It will run from Oct 28 to Dec 16 it costed 10 bucks but hey anything that keeps you motivated right lol .... sorry have a great day !!!! oh oh oh congrats on the 1.25 on the tread mill that is awesome
