Just Do It Already
I tend to yo-yo between being really in shape and then just letting it all go when life gets stressful. This year is going to be the year that finally ends and I start taking care of myself all the time. This is a lifestyle change.

My Goals:
Lose 20 pounds. Man, I miss wearing all of my skinny pants. Train for and complete first 5K.
My Program:
1. I will measure and track all food. Eat clean. 2. I will start out walking 6 miles a week and progress to intervals and then finally to running. 3. I will do strength training 2x a week and then progress from there.

My non-health related goal is to get back into creative projects. I used to write and draw. I would love to take a photography or painting class. I'm an avid fan of The Walking Dead!
