My Goals:
I will lose 10% of my weight this year. That's about 20 pounds. I will accomplish this by logging my food intake and my exercise. I will follow the advice of my nutritionist and my fitness coach (me)! Whenever I can sneak into somebody's pool: 60 minute Pool Party Workout! Bike
My Program:
Current fitness schedule: M-F 5:45-6:15 AM walk/jog with my dog "Benny." Have added a 20 lb vest to the mix for walking only! M/W/FR 6:15-6:45 AM ABs and Yoga in my Zen room. T/TH/SA weights and ABs in my Zen Room!
Personal Information:
I live in western Massachusetts. I've been married to a really fun guy since 1980. We have two grown children and are looking forward to an empty nest soon. I love to garden, belly dance, and sew. I also love to write. I hope to be a published author someday. I'm a certified personal fitness trainer. I've been a professional clown since 1976.
Other Information:
I teach fourth grade in a large (550+ kids) regional elementary school.
