60 minute Pool Party Workout!

Current fitness schedule:
M-F 5:45-6:15 AM walk/jog with my dog "Benny." Have added a 20 lb vest to the mix for walking only!

T/Th/Sat AM Walk with Benny then HIIT

M/W/F 6:15-6:45 AM Yoga and Tai Chi in my Zen Room.

T/TH/SA weights and ABs in my Zen Room!

Nightly-- Yoga before bed


Personal Information:
I live in western Massachusetts.

I've been married to a really fun guy since 1980.

We have two grown children and are happy "empty nesters."

I love to garden, belly dance, and sew.

I also love to write. I hope to be a published author someday.

I've been a professional clown since 1976.

Other Information:
I teach sixth grade in a regional upper elementary school.

Great tip to drink water before meals. I've heard that before - now is as good a time as any to start doing it!
