My Goals:
I want to lose 24 pounds by May 12, 2007. I am willing to give it my all, including drinking way more water and exercising by treadmill walking and lifting weights and using the large rubber ball.

I just moved with my husband and 90 year old mother to San Antonio,TX from Rapid City, SD. I really love the people here. I'm pretty much home bound as I care give for my mother, so drop me a line if you like. Other Information:
Most of what I would write here I wrote in the introduction area above. One thing I didn't' mention is I also design and build websites. One of my fun things to do is to edit photographs. I can take years and pounds off a person and even swoop heads and bodies. It's very time consuming, but a lot of fun.

Hi Patt, Thanks for the sparkmail and the update on what's happening with you. I will sparkmail you. Hope you can get it. In case you want to check what's been happening with me I found a new trick on the site. If you go to my sparkpage you can go to the top right and click on my recent posts and it will show you where I have been posting. A quick update, I am down 2 pounds over the past 2 weeks and staying motivated. Joined the WW site and using my points as well as SP to keep track. Good new about your husband on the site. Have a great day and be encouraged.

Thanks for posting on my SparkPage. Yes the font is much better. I didn't know if maybe it was my computer. To add my sparkpage go to the top of my page and on the right side it says Add to my friends and I will show up on your page. I would love to have a retouched picture. I don't have a picture because I don't know how to add it. Anytime I have a problem I get my son over to help me out. We do have a digital and are just learning how to use the pictures on the computer. I can't even remember the file we have it in, Otherwise I think I could figure it out. Another feature I just found recently is to click on Recent Message board Posts on my site and it will show you the threads I have commented on. Hope we can continue to be a support to one another. Right now I need it because I am getting very frustrated that my ticker is not moving.
