I am 5'3 started at 163 pds before I started with Spark People in January of 2006. Since I have started with Spark (which is 8 years now I have lost 34 pounds and now weigh 129. Now I need to maintain my weight. I still have to keep up with my fiber. I am maintaining my gerd problem as well so my health is doing pretty good for the start of 2012. I have tp lower my salt intake now since I have little bit of an high blood pressure.
