I currently live in Middle Georgia with my husband.
My goal is to lose 15-20 more lbs.
I want to do this stress free because I don't want stress belly fat !!
I eat whatever I feel like eating. There are no No-No's in my food choices. Over-eating has not been my problem over the past 3 yrs.
Most days I under eat and over consume creamer laden coffee.
That is what I need to change and have been but, not enough. Lol

I was born and raised in Northern California. I really miss the weather/seasons there. Most people who meet me say I am a loving, free-spirit. I've always loved hearing that. I love to shop. That is my hobby and my therapy. :-)

Thanks for the goodie. I find the treadmill is just handy, since it is in my living room. I play games and watch TV while walking.
I used to take a step class too, and yoga. I also used to go to Curves. I have been thinking about water aerobics, but it is just easy to get on the treadmill. I don't know how many miles I have walked on it!

The program I was telling you about is called Curves Smart. I couldn't recall the name when I wrote. Pixie said she was a member and it never worked right, so I hope they have the kinks out of it now.

I has changed a lot. The gym, diet and smart is $13+ change per week, so a good buy, too.

Thanks for the goodie. I'm taking it easy again for a week. I had surgery on my right eye again. Then I can push hard again. Now I don't have to go back for 6 months, unless I feel something is wrong.

Curves has improved a lot. Jillian Michaels has exercises that you do instead of the recovery boards. There is Curves Complete, which is exercise plus diet and there's a new program (I can't remember the name of it.). It forces you to challenge yourself at the machine stations. There is information fed into the computer. You are given a swipe card. There are 3 lights, red, yellow and green. The idea is to challenge yourself on the machine to light up the green light in 30 seconds.
