I wake up in the morning when I'm getting ready for work and place my pedometer on and I start my steps from home until I get to work and I keep moving. Walking on my 2 breaks and a lunchtime. Continue to walk when I get home.
Sometimes when I go shopping before I get home which help too.
Yep, we have pizza almost every Friday. I make a whole wheat crust and control the toppings so the calories aren't like what you get at pizza hut (though it's not our lowest calorie meal of the week). If you're trying to keep calories really low right now, sometimes people like to make individual pizzas on a half pita bread (so the two circles are separated) or a pre-baked tortilla or Flatout brand wrap. For specific recipes, you can look at Sparkrecipes or even post a thread in the Diet and Nutrition forum. People have great ideas on how to make pizza healthier, and there's no reason you should have to go without it!
