New Lifestyle New Me

Changing for life rather than following a set diet is important for me. For years I have followed diets counted calories or points and lost weight only to gain it back.
I need changes that will last and become part of my life.
For me this means finding Exercise that I want to do and really enjoy that I can stick with.
Eating food that I enjoy and being able to have things I like but not overeat is part of the plan.
I need goals that I can acheive and challenge me.

Weight loss is not the main goal it is side effect to getting fitter and healthier.
One small change at a time, one small step at a time and I will reach my goal to be fit and healthy.
So a new lifestyle wil result in a new me starting today 1st November 2014.

Unfortunately, there was now short list so we are back to the start again. We do have a lady coming in tomorrow but I do not anticipate that anyone will now start before the 5th January.
Our thoughts obviously lie with Assistant No. 1 and the hope that she gains back her health and confidence at some point soon.

I hope you and Colin are doing well. It's really turned cold over the last few days and the fog in the mornings on the drive into work is a nightmare.
Keep yourselves warm and mind the paths.
