Changing for Life

I am working on making changes for life rather than following a diet.
Making changes that will stick and become healthy habits like drinking water rather than soda or cordials.
Exercise is another area I am working on doing chair exercise and walking is making a difference.
Challenges give me something to work towards and keeps me accountable.
I have a few mobility issues that I work around so that I still get my exercise in.

Hope your week is going well. I'm off to a slow start this morning. I need to paint the storm windows today. I may bring them in the house from the garage. It's a little chilly out. I'm using a little scale that measures in ounces or grams to do most of my measuring. It's easier than spoons or cups. Have a wonderful day.
