Changing for Life

I am working on making changes for life rather than following a diet.
Making changes that will stick and become healthy habits like drinking water rather than soda or cordials.
Exercise is another area I am working on doing chair exercise and walking is making a difference.
Challenges give me something to work towards and keeps me accountable.
I have a few mobility issues that I work around so that I still get my exercise in.

Thanks dear heart. I picked up the Knitting for Dummies at the library today. And got my 1.75 mile walk in getting there. Now I will do my ST just to stay in the habit. Have a great night. Hugs
