Keeping Going

The hardest thing for me is keeping going when things get tough. Life steps in and things can go astray, I need to be aware of this and set goals and plans in place to avoid straying off the path too far.
Virtual walks keep things interesting and I plan on doing more of them. As Summer draws to a close the days get cooler and this means I can exercise a bit more as cooler days suit me better.
I need to watch the portions and say 'No' to temptation and make more of an effort to all ...

I am working on getting fitter and if the scales co-operate I will shed the unwanted pounds as well.
Challenges will help and I am joining challenges on my various teams, accountability is key for me. I need Challenges that will do just that challenge me or I get bored. So I am surrounding myself with postive people and where better to find than right here amongst all my Spark Friends.

I lost 3 pounds during the 5% Summer Challenge. I am signing up for the Autumn 5% Challenge and want to do better all round.

Hi Paula!

I just discovered your page and we have things in common. I am an avid knitter and I love to art journal! We are both finding ways to exercise with some physical challenges. I, too, am more interested in having a healthier lifestyle rather than the scale...although if the scale decided to cooperate, that would be delightful!
