Fall 5% Challenge is on its way

The fall Challenge is on its way and I am looking forward to getting stuck in.

I shed 3 pounds last time and want to do better this time around.
Planning is going to be key and making sure I stick to them.
Keeping going is always hard and I need challenges so I am accountable.
Several things will take place during the challenge one of which is my birthday and another will be a day out so I need to make sure I don't stray too far from the path.

I lost 3 pounds during the 5% Summer Challenge. I am signing up for the Autumn 5% Challenge and want to do better all round.

Hi Paula!

I just discovered your page and we have things in common. I am an avid knitter and I love to art journal! We are both finding ways to exercise with some physical challenges. I, too, am more interested in having a healthier lifestyle rather than the scale...although if the scale decided to cooperate, that would be delightful!
