New Lifestyle New Me

Changing for life rather than following a set diet is important for me. For years I have followed diets counted calories or points and lost weight only to gain it back.
I need changes that will last and become part of my life.
For me this means finding Exercise that I want to do and really enjoy that I can stick with.
Eating food that I enjoy and being able to have things I like but not overeat is part of the plan.
I need goals that I can acheive and challenge me.

Weight loss is not the main goal it is side effect to getting fitter and healthier.
One small change at a time, one small step at a time and I will reach my goal to be fit and healthy.
So a new lifestyle wil result in a new me starting today 1st November 2014.

My son was dizzy all the time and come to find out he has Meniere's disease and he can't even have salt in his butter now. He got on a very low salt diet and he stays pretty fine most of the time. Hope you don't have Meniere's. emoticon
