Spring 5% Challenge 2014

Spring id here the trees are in blossom and flowers are appearing, the world is waking up and making a fresh start and so am I.
I did not join in the Winter 5% and really missed it so I have made sure I signed up for the Spring Challenge.

Lots of things to do as we make ready for the start in a few weeks time.
Exercise and Diet plans are under way and we are getting to know each before we split into 12 teams. As we are now in the 2014 Spring 5% Challenge Community Team ...

This will help me stick to the plans I have and help me to be more accountable. I need this and really looking forward to it.

My Goals:
My 3 Habits

1. Exercise 3 times a day minimum of 10 minutes each session. So 10 minutes before breakfast, 10 minutes before lunch, 10 minutes during the afternoon.

2. Stay off the computer during the evening and limit my time during the day as well.

3. Get back to using the 9 inch plate now it has been replaced after dropping the old one, it did not bounce.



My Program:
To slowly increase Exercise

To get the portions under control

To do what is needed to be fitter and healthier all round.

Personal Information:
I live in Milton Keynes England with my Husband Colin.

I enjoy knitting and crafting for friends, family and charities.

Other Information:
I enjoy trying out new recipes and will be finding new recipes for the Crockpot.
