I am so done.
I am so done being the fat girl,
the fat teacher,
the fat sister and daughter.
I am so done feeling embarassed when I eat around people.
I am so done making bad choices and feeling ashamed afterwards.
I am so done being a bad example for my students.

Motivation? I think so.
Every time I think about this, I am more motivated than ever.
A few weeks ago, I stayed at a family's house to take care of them while their parents were away on vacation. D, the youngest, told me something that happened at school. He wasn't sure he wanted to tell me, I think because he knew it would hurt. I talked him into it, then immediately regretted it. The conversation at school went something like this.
Another kid, J: why are you at school so early?
D: Oh, Pazmaster's staying at my house this week, so she drove me here early.
J: Wow, your fridge is going to be empty in no time!

I am so done being that person. I choose to be healthy and vibrant, making good decisions, being in control of my eating and fitness. With a little help from my heavenly father, I know I can become more of the person he wants me to be.


So with that in mind, here is an ideal timeline for my goals:

Weight:
Feb 1 - 240
Mar 15 - 230
May 1 - 220
June 15 - 210
August 1 - 200
Sept 15 - 190
Nov 1 - 180
Dec 15 - 170
(This may be wishful thinking, as I know it's a pretty fast timeline. I'd rather readjust if necessary than be discouraged, stop, and gain everything and more back. So we'll see!)
