Getting Healthy
I've been a member of Spark People since July 14, 2011 and lost 51 pounds by March 2012. Now that I've reached my goal weight reduction I'm in maintenance mode and plan to keep it off. Exercise has become a part of my life again and I'm feeling much more energetic.

My Goals:
Maintain my 50 pound weight loss. Aim for 60 minutes of exercise 6-7 days a week. Walk 10,000 steps and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Track my nutrition and fitness on the trackers daily.
My Program:
Walking, curling, pilates, zumba and dragon boating are my current exercises of choice.
Other Information:
Progress not perfection is a motto I've adopted.
