Thanks for stopping by my page Susan. That sciatica is really rough!!! I have been doing stretching and that is about all I can do right now. I will try some of the arm exercises that you mentioned. It sounds good.
Hi there, Just stop by to wish you a nice Sunday. Also would like to share with you that today was my weigh in and I am down 8 lbs. with a lot of determination and hard work. I did it and thanks to spark and challenges. I am not doing too much exercise just cardio only about 10 minutes a day, this is my downfall, I hate exercising. Hope you are doing well.
