My name is Rachel, I'm 26 years old, engaged to my high school sweetheart. We've been together for 9 years and would have been married ages ago if money grew on trees. My Goals:
I want to get more veggies and fruits in my diet, curb my carb addiction and incorporate exercise into my everyday life.

I also want to get out more and enjoy nature!

My Program:
I have a vegetarian diet with limited dairy. I'm trying to eat as many veggies and fruits as possible and get my protein wherever I can while trying to lower the fat, calories and carbs.

Just started walking again and I'm slowly getting back in to calisthenics and YOGA!! :)


Personal Information:
I'm from beautiful Portland Oregon! I love getting out into the fresh air and relaxing outside when the weather is nice.

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
