My Goals:
Day by day staying on plan and rewarding the days I do. Walk 5 times a week and when accomplished a new pair of walking shoes. Eat to keep blood sugar in best range possible & avoid allergic reactions. .
My Program:
Proper portions of veggies, fruit and protein Walk starting 3 x week & working up to 5 x week. 8 glasses of water or more daily. Positive attitude.

I'm a life-long Oregonian. Married 43 years with two adult sons and 3 cats.
