My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to about 135 pounds, which is about a 60 pound loss from my starting weight, and then assess whether I should lose a bit more or not. My mini-goals are in my signature: I'll celebrate each time the tens digit on the scale changes!

My Program:
I'm doing Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga, following a gluten-free vegetarian diet, and generally trying to establish and maintain healthy habits related to food, activity level, water, and sleep.

* Request help and support from your Spark friends.
