Getting Healthy after Baby

I am 28 years old and I just had my first son on July 17, 2013. Now, I want to lose the baby weight and more so I can be a healthy Mommy. I work full time and my husband works overnights so my schedule is full and busy, making dieting difficult - be not impossible.

My Goals:
Right now my focus is on learning how to be healthy and lose weight. I just want to feel good, I'm not even sure I specific number in mind as to how much I want to weight.

I am taking small, simple steps right now to slowly be healthier and let it become my normal way of life.

I am Maeghann - It is crazy to me how many similar things we having going.

The name thing, I am also 28, I was also married in August however in 2010, I just had my first child a son born on July 3, 2013 and we have two puppies.

I saw your page and I just knew we had to be Spark friends!

Hope that we can motivate each other and get that baby weight gone!
