Today: 11/05/17 -starting over again.
I'm tired of getting motivated and organized to reach my goals.
I'm tired of having to say I'm back, again.
If I could have list one pound for every I'm back I'd be so close to goal.
No enthusiasm, just hoping I stick to it.

08/02/17 - event not happening which is okay because I kinda put life on hold and would not have been ready. I had some things I needed to get in order.

04/02/17 - signing up for an event with cousin in September so now I have to get my dog walking, dog food lifting butt in gear.
03/26/17 - trying something new - honesty with myself

Eat 1300 - 1650 calories daily
Follow workout created by the trainer at gym.
