To achieve this vision and become fit and healthy, I need to eat well for proper nutrition, and do both cardiovascular and strength training. .

My Goals:

Sat in a quiet place and thought of my fitness goals. I closed my eyes and imagined looking in the mirror and seeing a fit and younger looking me. My feelings were full of energy, free of illness, and most of all having fun and love throughout the day.

To achieve my vision and becoming fit and healthy, I would need to eat well for proper nutrition, and do both cardiovascular and strength training.


My Program:
Food for Fitness

•Drinking filtered water. Water helps remove metabolic wastes (toxins) and will provide me with more energy for my activities. I am aiming for two to three liters per day.

•Avoiding sugar. Not only will sugar keep me FAT, it can also set me up for sickness. Trying the sweetness of stevia, a natural herb found in any local health food store. Stevia will keep my blood sugar stable while aiding in fat loss.

•Eating a small portion every 2.5 to three hours. Eating will revs up my metabolism to allow for quicker fat loss, will keep my mind sharp, and provides consistent energy throughout the day. Learning to eat till I am satisfied and not overfull.

•Getting my eight essential amino acids. Having protein at every meal or food-combine. Trying a high-quality protein shake.

•Eating “raw foods” every day. Raw foods are live foods and give us energy.
