Hi i'm Helen. I am single have 2 girls, 19 & 16yrs. I am a nurse, a midwife & love to work with women & babyz. I love sanguine time with my girlfriends, as u do!!! I love a good book & a good movie.

I love to run & bike, when it's not raining! Down under ,in New Zealand, it rains a lot. Biking is time out, a way to process & pray. I love our native forests & enjoy spending time in amoungst the beauty of nature.

I'm a yoyo dieter. I yoyo so much it makes me dizzy! Usually only 5kg, sometimes up to 10kg. I don't know what the answers are to resolving this. Maybe there is no answer, maybe it's my journey.

My Goals:
Aiming for a BMI of 24. This is "normal weight range" for 5 ft 7 (171cm).

My Program:
Spark is helping heaps. Find it motivating to talk with others going thu similar trials.
Exercising most days, esp in summer.

Kiwi girl living in Whakatane, New Zealand.

Other Information:
I had a knee injury in 2005, fell after a long run. Took a year to get back into running & biking, which are my main exercise activities.

The Daniel fast is very similar....
Fruit ,Veg, Pasta, Rice, Legumes.....totally unprocessed
It is pretty strick vegan with no meat and no dairy and no bread
