So far here, I've learned :
1. Give yourself permission to be imperfect, but at the same time, give yourself permission to be wonderful.
2. It is not about perfection, it is about PROGRESS
3. Feel your emotions, don't FEED them!
4. NO MORE RE-LOSING -- and with the help of SP, I will never have to eat those words again!
5. One bite at a time; One choice at a time
6. Don't let the past steal your present ...

Thank you for the shoes goodie, My Hubby will like em' LOL! Hope you are off to a good start to the year and you are well. It's been so busy for us, but hopefully a calm weekend to come, aside from Mikey having a basketball game we can hang at home, thank goodness.
