Over 50 and Getting Serious
I have finally decided that I need to get healthy. My goal isn't to get back to what I looked like in high school. I want to get healthy, lose weight and have more stamina. My daughter is pushing me to care about what I put into my body and use to clean my house. She is right, it is time for me to serious!

My Goals:
1 - Lose a 100 pounds - but in reachable segments - so shooting for 20 pounds at a time 2 - Maintain my goal weight within 5 pounds
My Program:
1 - Cardio - Walk up to 5 days a week, at least once a day if not twice 2 - Weights/Resistance - work out with bands and/or weights 3 times a week 3 - Weigh and measure my food so I become extremely aware of what is a portion size 4 - Track my food consumption, water intake and exercise
