Over 55 and Recommitting

I finally decided that I need to get healthy. My goal isn't to get back to what I looked like in high school. I want to get healthy, lose weight and have more stamina. My daughter is pushing me to care about what I put into my body and use to clean my house. She is right, it is time for me to serious!

Hi girlfriend, thanks for the comment on my page. I appreciate the time it takes friends like you to leave thoughts and it really does help. I agree about the grocery isles. Great question for the Day is who can get past it and how? :) Well I guess I don't really have the binge problem but I sure do have a sweet tooth problem. I am using Splenda some to help but it sure does not replace the good stuff. :) But lots of SF jello etc and some times hard candy helps. I just started reading Hungry Girl information and she is quite something. Not sure I want to try yet another plan as most of the time life gets in the way. I like you want to be healthy and fit into some cute clothes. I would like to lose about 50 pounds but would be VERY happy with a loss of 35 but some days I would be happy with just staying with a plan. Hugs and good luck for the day.
