Thank you for the flowers! I just came in from raking my back yard, collecting twigs.. and noticing a few things beginning to come up like the rhubarb and daffodils. There is still a lot of ice and snow here but it is glorious out today. And that is my cue... I always have better luck with healthy eating when I am outdoors every day. Oh... just remembering where I was last June I am getting excited. My knee injury July 1st set me back 15 pounds and a lot of bad habits. Last night... well, I won't go there. Suffice it to say I am on track this afternoon and feeling optomistic. You have a good year too. Let me know if there is anything you need for support. We are such a quiet team now but I was approached to lead a start up team and they said the committment was only 3 months. I guess when you think about it the start up team is just a welcome stop and then members are off to find like minded people. But I have enjoyed our coffee shop posts. Cheers! Justyna

Thanks for the comment on my "story". Yes we might as well take advantage of what won't be around forever! I still have my "I Matter" list posted on my fridge and refer to it almost daily to make sure I'm doing all I can to get healthy. Did I tell you my kids use it now too. I have seen them hesitate at the fridge and read through it on more than one occassion and turn around and take a fruit or glass of water. Who knew something so little could make such a difference? Have fun in the snow! Justyna
