Welcome to the WEEKLY CHALLENGE TEAM. This a friendly and encouraging place to be.
Our monthly challenge is the "November 2013 Fitness Challenge" You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called the "Waterlogged Challenge" and will encourage you to determine the right amount of water for your body and meet that goal.
The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have. We're just finishing up one called "Halloween Time Challenge" whichmhas a list of activities to complete for a goodie.
Introduce yourself to the team through the "Getting To Know Each Other" thread and add your birthday to the birthday list. We would love to help you celebrate.
The ROLL CALL thread can also be very helpful. Some of us go there to encourage, support, share their successes or their trials. Others just stop by to say hi.
