i have a lot of health problems that stop me from being active,so i am looking for help and support to lose weight,to understanding carb counting because i am a diabetic and i also have heart disease, ( coronary artery disease,congestive heart failure,peripheral artery disease ).and diabetic neurapathy

Our monthly challenge is the "November 2013 Fitness Challenge" emoticon You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called the "Waterlogged Challenge" and will encourage you to determine the right amount of water for your body and meet that goal. emoticon

emoticon The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have. We're just finishing up one called "Halloween Time Challenge" whichmhas a list of activities to complete for a goodie.
