I will get 15 extra minutes of cardio 3 times a week I will strength train after breakfast 3 times a week I will set my timer and get up from my computer and move around for 5 minutes at least twice a day.
Ride the bike 3 days a week , walk M-F, drink water and eat my freggies Do Strength Training 3-5 days a week
