That blog post was a little old. I'm actually about 6-7 weeks into 5:2 now. Today is my 14th Fast. I agree with you that it is incredibly easy. Shockingly so. I am on the 5:2 forums and I see that a lot of people do have a harder time with the fast days, but for me it's been very very easy. I never get hungry until it's almost dinner time anyway (I eat all 500 of my calories in one meal on fast days), then I have my dinner and I'm right back to normal. Between my exercise, calorie restriction, and 5:2 Dieting, I'm down 15 pounds since I started on May 15.

Working harder to log food altho i cant get food log to work i can blog my food. Main thing is if I know what i ate.

Cleaned out two closets today so i have more space. In a small home as mine every inch of floor space counts. Grandbaby has taken most for her toys my doings haha. One day they be gone then i miss them so i am enjoying seeing them all over for now.

Wish you luck this year on your goals.

HI. not on much as of late but sure i owe you a tiny post.

My new idea is my walmart 9.00 slicer with two blades .

I keep it on counter and it cuts vegetables super thin and fruits. I cut

boiled egg this day and cooked bacon hard ww says hard ok for couple

slices. Wraped it with green peppers in ww flat bread. Baby made

her own and she had it loaded and ate all but couple bites.

Sliced strawberry on cutter , splenda on them and we were so full.

eggs are protein, bacon is too, green pepper is fiber and ww flat bread.

    strawberry too.

Now so far i have not lost but i do think it is because frankly i do not

exercise as housework and baby i just am to tired.

Bone spur and legs swell dont help.

    Keep your cutter on counter

it will help you say ok vegetables and cut up a ton so you got to eat

them with food cost so high.

    Good luck .

I know i need to be moving more so my scale is stuck too.

have a good week ahead emoticon
