    emoticon emoticon How Wonderful to be close to One-der-land!!! I have no doubt that you will Hit that goal in 2018. I've held a slow steady loss throughout the year. I stopped "Counting Calories" and just ate more intuitively. I cut the processed food, sugar, bread, even rice.. yes girl-- this Poly has gone a year without rice!!! it was a lot easier to be in tune with the hunger queues with all that other stuff out. *My experience.. Eating a low carb diet and Intermittent Fasting 13-15 daily, has helped me. Keeps it simple. It's been nice having an old Spark Buddy back in your corner, your encouragement & example keep me inspired!! We Got this sista!!! emoticon

    Oh oh oh!! A bike! Go for it. I get so much pleasure from my bike. I would get expert help in finding one that works for you. I am really short so my bikes are women specific bikes. My mountain bike is a Specialized. But there are lots of good ones around. Good luck and get riding.
