Hello my name is Penny, I' m on website for mainly the same reason as everyone else to look and feel better. I have been in the 200 lbs range past for too long. Now it is time or me to take control and really do this for myself, and my health. I'm ready because I want to live. My husband has been so encouraging and has given me so much support in helping me reach my goal. Which I am so grateful for, but now it's my time to get this done, because I can and will do this.

Right now I'm at my highest weight 303 lbs, never in my wildest dreams would I every dest I conwas wearing the "Stretch-Pants" and feeling miserable at the time. I have tried many diets in the past but have failed, gave up and continued to let myself go. I also knew that at the weight that I was, there were plenty of health risks for my body. But yet, I continued..... It was until then my doctor told me the next time I came in he wanted to test me for Diabetes. After I took the test I then begin to think seriously a little bit more of what I had done to myself. The day came that my results came in, I was nervous and scared but however I did not have it, or any more factoring diseases. But then in the back of my mind I thought about; "What if" question.... I knew then that I had to take charge and change my life.

By me watching the show "Biggest Loser" that motivated me seeing how they lose so much weight by continously working out and watching their Calorie intake. I pulled out my walking tape Leslie Sansone: Super-Challenge 4/Miles and I also shopped around and bought a Ellipitical Machine. Also, I begin to write all of my food intake down, don't get me wrong but some days I did not get a chance and I felt like I was slipping away and falling off. Soon after that my fiance told me about this website, so I decided to get on and look around. I was happy that I had found something that was really going to help me on my journey. This has help me tremendously especially the Nutrition Guide, I love it. Also after reading all the articles on here, it has helped me understand just how important "calories in vs calories out" really are.

I also watch Dr. Oz show every night, which is very motivating to me because there's always someone like me that is struggling with their weight and wanting to change as well and the "truth-tube, is exposed to really show them the real picture and how they can help themselves. It remind me my situation and how I know my own numbers. I know that I'm on the right path to having a better and healthy lifestyle for myself, and I can truly look forward to my wedding day. I want to say good luck to all in your weight loss achievements as well.....

My Goals:
1). Better Healthy lifestyle for myself and get to my ideal weight.

2). Dropping down from size 26 to size 8 or 10

4). Get my weight down to 150-155lbs


My Program:
1). I learned about wearing a Pedometer from Dr. Oz show. I love it because it does show me about how all of my daily Calories/Steps/Miles add up so that I can actually see my progress throughout the day. I usually get from 10, 000 or more steps daily by wearing it from the time I get up at 4:30am for work, until I finish my evening workout.

2). Walking more at least 30-45/min using
Leslie Sansone DVD's.

3). Gospel Body by Donna Richardson.

4). Using my Ellipitical Machine and riding Stationary bike for at least 30-45 minutes daily
