Reading EVERY label, making my own condiments, eating a lot of fresh whole foods. Smaller, more frequent meals.

Several family members have been diagnosed with Celiacs and I had suffered from GI and other health problems since I was a teenager. In late 2011 I was diagnosed with RA and then in April 2012 I became very ill and wound up in hospital. For the passed year I have been having worse and worse problems and then I started cutting out gluten and things started to get a bit better. Then I started getting REALLY bad stomach problems to the point I could barely eat at times. I started cutting out yeast after reading some information about yeast allergies and yeast problems in Celiacs. Since I cut it out my stomach has been doing so much better. It is VERY hard to avoid yeast in anything processed/pre-packaged so I am learning to make my own condiments and things like that. In the last 6 months I have lost 30 lbs just from eating smaller more frequent meals. Since
