Personal Information:
I have been happily married for 19 years to a great man who remains a kid at heart dispite my many attempts to work us to death with projects. I love being a mostly stay at home mom to my 3 lively and wonderful kids. I work as a sub school nurse when ever they call me. Northeast Pa is my home except summers when we are traveling in the RV to the next adventure.

I'm glad you've decided to join the challenge! Can you tell me what gym equipment (ie bike, treadmill etc) you have access to, as well as dumb bells, stability ball, resistance bands? I don't want to lay out a plan that can't be followed. Thanks!!
