Thank you for stopping by my blog. I left you response there too. You can prep your juices ahead of time. They last 72 hours in the fridge and about a week in the freezer. :D If you are thinking about juicing email me and I will give you as many pointers as i can.
Hi. I am still losing fairly steady. I didn't lose yesterday, but usually it is a little every day. The juicing is working for us, but we do "cheat" a little. I add baked sweet potatoe to the evening juice and run it through the blender. It gives it a bit more "meat". But you have to do what works for you. I just can't drink those mean green things, they make me want to gag. So I use green that does not taste like lawn trimmings. Cabbage, cucumber, celery, asparagus, geen apple all are good but not any thing like kale or swish chard. Keep up the good work..... you can do this.
