My Feel Good Journey

Hello, my name is Dawn! Sparks has changed my life and given me the tools to be a healthy me! Can't wait to reach my goals!! Back in 2010 I lost 81 lbs in 1 year then I got comfortable at my new weight. ALittle tooooo comfortable that for the next 2 years I gained/lost the same 20-40lbs. 2013 is a new year and the year I reach my goal weight!

Update: July 17, 2013---Wow so much has happened since January when I rededicated myself to...well myself! I've reached so many goals in these past 7months- get under 200 lbs, get to 100lbs lost from start weight (currently down 107lbs), Run a mile...run a 5k! I also got engaged! I'm feeling much healthier! I still have about 18-26 more lbs I'd like to lose! Can't wait till I reach my goal weight!!

Update: Sept 12, 2013-- 2 more months in the books! When I first started this journey I wanted to lose 125lbs, currently I'm 120lbs down!! Sooo close to that goal!! Although I think I'm going to change my ultimate goal to 135lbs lost. Bring it!! Hoping to be there before the end of the year!!

Update: Oct 7, 2013---Here i am!!! 168lbs and a size 8!! I have reached both of my Original Goals that I set when I was 293lbs!!! Since then I've re-evaluated my goal weight and I'm leaning towards 158-155lb range but I was super excited to reach my original set!!! Here's to just a few more~!!

Update: Dec 16, 2013--- Holy crap! I reached my goal weight of 155lbs this weekend. I can't even put into words how I feel right now. 155lbs, size 6.....I NEVER thought I'd get here. Sparks has changed my life and I couldnt be happier!!! I've learned so many things, gained so much from this site and the amazing people on it!! Looking forward to starting 2014 in a whole new body and mindset!

what motivates you to keep going when you hit a plateau? what breaks through your plateau? i have lost 94 pounds now, but it seems like i lose 10 then get stuck for about a month then lose ten again etc... any suggestions? thanks
