Totally agree with your comment about motivation on my In The Beginning Blog 1... you said you had to do it for yourself, not for others. That is SO true. But I also found when I started out, viewing it as doing it to help my child got me started when I didn't feel I myself was worth doing it for!
A kick start, but not the final motivation to keep it off. That had to be that I love feeling the way living healthy makes me feel!
Thanks for all your support and comments throughout the days, I'm not one to write back and thank for every comment, as that would overwhelm, but I appreciate every one!
Thanks for commenting on my blog today. I don't always get around to each person who comments, but just know that I appreciate each and every idea, suggestion and/or correction that is offered to me. I tried WW numerous times, online and in person, and the same thing happened over and over, so I knew another "program" wasn't the solution.
If you install a stove, do your research ahead of time. Supplemental heat is great. Glad I grew up on a farm and knew how to run a wood burning stove before we moved in. There is no comparison. We plan to have the chimney cleaned out again this spring. 46 days ago
