Fresh Start - Eating, Exercising & Monitoring

Health is my priority.
I will exercise daily for more energy.
I will eat food I cook, not prepared.
Food is medicine.
I will resist temptations (sweets, carbs).

2013 - Love to dance, travel and eat. Want to learn how to eat right, lose weight AND keep it off! Caregiving is challenging.

Gained weight in college with fast foods....
married a DH and learned to cook,more weight ....

Too many people confine their exercise to jumping to conclusions, running up bills, stretching the truth, bending over backwards, lying down on the job, sidestepping responsibility and pushing their luck.
