I hear you loud and clear too. I dealt with many years of depression and emotional eating. Didn't know it fully until the last 5 or so years, but I just wanted to let you know, that it can be overcome. Blogging helps a lot, so keep going with that. Nutrition tracking is a fad that I want you to get onto...it's addictive...it's honest...it's accountability right in front of your eyes...it's seeing what you did and what you can and will change for the better. It's this new fad I tried called the Spark Diet...and it was the only thing that has worked for me after many many many years of the quick fix drinks and pills and all that other noise that infomercials tout.
Know that you are totally worth this lifestyle change. Know, deep inside, that you are a great, unique individual with a beautiful heart that needs to shine to it's fullest....and it's time for the outside to reflect what is on the inside. Love yourself....that is the first step to take.
Oh, and to drink a ton of water...that is another fad to get on to...it's addictive as well!!
