    Thanks much for your response on my blog; I agree it was (and is) important for me to make sure I really, truly, gave (give) my all to whatever exercise/workout I'm doing BEFORE deciding if it's a good fit for me! With cross fit, I attended a month..one hour a day five days a week, during that time we didn't do the same routine twice and I was incredibly sore, all the time, to the point where it hurt to move, so at the end of the 3o days I quit attending cross fit classes.. to be honest I haven't missed it all... As for cardio-kick boxing, I disliked it from the very first session, as I became nauseous within twenty minutes of the hour long class... the nausea worsened throughout the class and remained several hours afterwards... I continued to attend classes, with same results and eventually dropped the class all together; again I haven't missed it! I actually enjoy a variety of exercises and physical activity and will continue to try NEW activities, as variety is the spice of life!!! Have a wonderful day!
