I will overcome ...

I posted a blog with this title. I think that it needs to be my mantra for a while. The biggest obstacle to overcome ... myself. I have been so good at taking care of others that I forgot that I was important too. Now I am doing this for me and beginning to dream for me again!

My Goals:
I will participate in some type of physical activity at least 6X per week.

I will track my food daily. As long as I am conscious of what I am eating, it is fine.

My Program:
Eating mini meals 5X per day.

Drink between 10-15 cups of water per day to stay hydrated.

Physical activity 6X per week.

Walking to and from anything I participate in ... distance and weather permitting.

Personal Information:
I am married to my best friend and between us we have 3 children and 3 grandsons. I am also "ruled" by two cats.

We have retired to South Texas, where it is relatively warm all year round.
