The Body I need to change

The body I'd like to get back (Well, it was a glam photo, but you get the idea!)

If you're gonna live - LIVE! (Never stop trying)

Nearing fifty and not happy with the forty-something pounds I packed on. Stress eating and eating all wrong while working and chasing two active boys from one athletic event to another. Also battled two very arthritic knees that I finally convinced the Doc to replace despite my young age. Now I can move again, but I've lost all that inner drive.
Really want to keep up with them and show my triathletic husband that I can do something. I want to show myself that even more.

Hi - You will get there. I will also be turning 50 in a few years and want to get back on track as well. Over the yrs some weight found its way back to me.
So I have to start all over again watching calories and working out. The key is to never stop working out. That was my problem.

Question- Can you tell me how you got that image in you profile?

I saw your post on today's check in on Eating When You're Bored team. I have the same problem that you do! I do really well all day long, but at night it's like my body shifts to crazy mode and I empty the fridge! Good luck with it....exercise is helping me a little bit, but I'm trying to find more ways to deal with it.
