Hi - You will get there. I will also be turning 50 in a few years and want to get back on track as well. Over the yrs some weight found its way back to me. So I have to start all over again watching calories and working out. The key is to never stop working out. That was my problem.

I saw your post on today's check in on Eating When You're Bored team. I have the same problem that you do! I do really well all day long, but at night it's like my body shifts to crazy mode and I empty the fridge! Good luck with it....exercise is helping me a little bit, but I'm trying to find more ways to deal with it. 2876 days ago
