Going fit for life

Hi!

I am from Southern California. I am in my 30s. I have a sciatic back condition that has plagued me since I was 22 years old. I am tired of feeling like an old lady, or needing help dressing or showering everyday and would like to be able to get out of bed in the morning or using the bathroom without having any problems with my back bending over or squeezing into my commode area of the bathroom.

I would also like to look good in a bathing suit again, feel drop dead ...

I am from Southern California. I am in my 30s. I have a sciatic back condition that has plagued me since I was 22 years old. I am tired of feeling like an old lady, or needing help dressing or showering everyday and would like to be able to get out of bed in the morning or using the bathroom without having any problems with my back bending over or squeezing into my commode area of the bathroom.

I would also like to look good in a bathing suit again, feel drop dead gorgeous and look the part (not just one or the other), and be healthy so I can move onto the next phases of my life as they come along (family, kids, moving into a house, gardening, etc)

I am looking for someone who would like to buddy up and do work outs with me, go hang out, talk about our experiences with weight loss, back pain, have tea or coffee, do a collage or project together or anything else. I would like to have a good friend in this journey, someone that would be a partner in crime with me where we could help keep each other motivated. Anyone game?

My Goals:
To get to 175# before I walk down the aisle and start a family!

But I definitely would not mind having a body like Bettie Page, lol!

My Program:
I monitor what I eat paying close attention to the types of nutrition and fuel my body needs to function at its best while eating what I like only until I am satisfied. I also keep track of nutrients that will benefit my weight loss, control my metabolism, give me energy without giving me more to burn, that will increase my absorption of other nutrients and increase my immune system overall. I exercise frequently enough to burn off anywhere from 2-5 pounds a week at first, then once I am classified as no longer obese will focus on 2 lbs per week. I have a treadmill, gazelle elliptical, exercise bike and free weights at home. I also have plenty of workout DVDs for when I'm ready, I go for walks at Lake Murray or Chollas Lake, hikes at Mission Trails and train for walkathons and marathons when I can. I am always looking for reliable exercise pals or even friends of similar interests, so hit me up!
