I hope to inspire other women my size to be confident and love themselves while being healthy. I am tired of my legs, knees, ankles and lower back hurting to support my weight. I have been told by my doctors that weight loss will give me the relief I need. I have started to become winded from simple movements. I can not stand for long periods of time without my back and legs hurting. My goal is to lose 240 lbs. Why is it that we get so frustrated with our weight loss efforts and just say to heck with it and go back to our unhealthy ways? I don''''t have the answers but all I have is the conviction to Start Over Again. However, I can tell you that I am prepared to give it another shot because I Love Me, I Love my Family and most importantly I Love Being Here. Alive to share all of the Ups and Downs, Trials and Tribulations that I''''m destined to experience. I want to Live. I want to Love. I want to do these things pain free and happy. We only get one Life to Live and I want to make sure it''''s the best life ever.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose over 240+ lbs, live a healthy lifestyle, love my curves and teach others to do the same.

My goal is also to be a positive role model for women my size who want to lose weight but don't know where to begin.

Ultimately, I would love to become a personal trainer for other plus size women.

My Program:
I have a Sleeve therefore my portions are controlled and very small.

I am still following a Low Carb and High Protein eating plan.

Most important of all exercise is the key to my success.



Personal Information:
I am a confident Big Beautiful Woman who realizes the effect weight can have on your body as you get older. I've always been okay with my body but as I get older my body is betraying me. Hmm? Maybe I have betrayed my body. The BETRAYAL stops TODAY!

I realize I can not do this alone and I need the support of family, friends and my Spark buddies.

Lately, I have been dreaming about walking again for fun or romance! I remember when a simple walk was second nature. Now it invokes fear and panic! I want this dream to come true.

I know I have a long journey but I am ready.

I also do not want to be skinny. I love my curves and big ole booty. I want to be healthy and strong! I want to live a healthy lifestyle pain free.



Other Information:
I'm looking for positive, committed, free spirited buddies to share this weight loss journey with!

I am looking for buddies who also have over 200 lbs to lose.

CONGRATS on being MOTIVATOR of the day !! What is you say is very good,, its NOT the "SIZE" we are,, its how HEALTHY we are ! I had sat down with my Dr,,, I was at 223lbs,,,, and we talked seriously about the weight. When she asked "Do you keep track of my food"? I explained SPARKS and YES, I DO so Daily ! She really liked that I do,, and showed her SPARKS (Almost all Dr's now have a puter in the room),, she than asked "how much exercise do you do"? I explained (That was b4 a surg in June,,, since then it's gone way down,, I am simply NOT recovering well) that I swam 60 to 80 mins 3 to 4 times a week,, and daily I did yoga,, of 30 to 60 mins,, in general I was doing 2 hrs a day of exercise ! She smiled,,, WIDE and the SHOCK showed on her face (LOL that's a part of the reason I keep her,, she has NO POKER FACE !! I can ALWAYS tell what she's looking at, if serious or not),,,she commented as you need to hear,,, "Even a large person can be MUCH Healthier than a very thin woman who gets in NO Exercise,,, Keep doing Diane, as you are " !! I say the same to you !

Way to go for being Motivator of the Day...after reading your sparkpage I have to agree with them. You have done an awesome job thusfar and Koodos to you for not giving up, just starting again. I have been with Sparkpeople since 2006 and have went up and down and back up again. I love this site and the people that are here they are so encouraging. I appreciate your outlook on life and its contagious.
