Hi! Thanks for the reminder! And congrats on your last day of P90X. P90 is ridiculously easy compared to your program, but I hope to switch to X or Chalean Extreme this summer.

I am starting P90 on Monday :0)

You might want to pop over to our Buddy Support Group for November, I see you signed up in Jan 2009, this group is for people from that time frame. It's a great group of people that offer support, challenges and ideas.

Congratulations on your new purchase. You and or your husband can always go to www.Youtube.com and put in p90X and see videos of others results and daily progress. I go there for my daily motivation. For example today is my day 25 so I will search with " P90x Day 25" so that I can see how they experience day 25. Many people put up pictures at the day 1, day 30, day 60 and day 90.

Your husband should be motivated by those Youtube videos because there are more men on there than women. There is a guy there whose screen name is "Fatass challenge"(no disrespect intended). Here is his first video. He is good. Check him out, he made tremendous progress.

I just ordered the P90X on Sunday! I ve heard alot of great talk about it.. I wonder you thoughts on it? I am afraid that it will not be a great tool for my husband, he is 320 pnds, he is just starting out on our bowflex again but unmotived towards cardio... I ve never seen the commercal for it just the website..
