The Beautification of Phebe

I got that from Notblushing, but love it.

I'm halfway to my goal. It's like coming out of halftime, with the third and fourth quarters yet to play.

Well, and maybe I'm kind of stuck in overtime - that's how I try to look at my ever-present plateaus.

Yes, I understand the target audience spark is trying to reach with those articles. I just wish when they write them they could avoid the labels (obsessive, or compulsive weigher) and give a nod to those of us who use our daily numbers wisely.

I have the same problem with blogs and message board comments about the horrors of "fat shaming" that descend into a put down of scrawny or flat chested women. I have been called both in real life. My chest size is genetic and my 37" hips are hardly scrawny.

There will always be rude people, but I expect spark articles to be more balanced.

thank you for the blog comment! I will admit that I'm having fun playing in the kitchen and trying to make things I like but healthier.

Thank you for the comment on my blog. I know lots of folks who love their immersion blenders. I didn't care for it myself but I'm glad it works for you. I love hearing about how others do things. Hope you have a great Sunday! emoticon
