I do eat dairy, but like a lot of people, too much dairy gives me stomach distress. I do like yogurt in smoothies, I normally use plain yogurt. I can't wait until my car is fixed, haven't had a smoothie for almost a month. I add protein powder to my smoothies. It''s my back up for more protein. 6 days ago
Thanks for commenting on my RunKeeper blog! I resisted getting a smartphone for a couple of years, but when my phone died, my husband convinced me to try one. I must say it's very convenient having a computer in your hand. There are several apps I find so helpful - like RunKeeper, as well as my weather app (weatherunderground), SparkPeople, news sites, shopping apps (like Kroger - great for e-coupons!), and games like Scrabble and Sodoku (nice to play when waiting at the doc's office). You can do banking on your phone (although I tend not to) and just about anything, it seems!
The only danger I seem to have is wasting too much time on social media apps - primarily FB. I also try to NOT check my email except at certain times of day - otherwise, I would work 24/7. 6 days ago
