Life as a Rolling Luggager

We retired and opted to live our dream of travelling the world. We sold almost everything, no longer have a permanent home, and are travelling as a lifestyle.

Home is wherever we sleep that night. Wherever the suitcase might be.

The plan is to have no plan. Where we end up is where we were meant to be.

We are the Rolling Luggagers!

I found a copy and read Diet for a Small Planet when I was in my twenties. I don't have it anymore, but I did make one recipe for lentil tacos. I thought they were fantastic. Don't have that book or recipe anymore, but there are plenty of lentil taco recipes online. Thanks for the suggestion.

NOTE: I just found recipes from Diet for a Small Planet online, at the Small Planet Institute--smallplanet.org!

He runs on dialysis at home four nights a week for eight hours. I am his care partner so put him on and disconnect from the machine. His kidneys no longer function so this removes impurities from the blood and also any fluid.
