Hi, I am a 28-year-old who wants to be fit and healthy. My goal for my weight is to be in the healthy range for my height. I joined SP for accountability. I always told myself that I'll start my diet on Monday, then always seem to make excuses to push it back. I'm tired of it. It's a cycle that has to end. I'm going to be more active and eat healthier foods. I want to be have my confidence back. I'm self-conscious about my weight and it's so annoying. To be honest, I am tired. Tired of not being able to find something to wear, tired of feeling embarrassed about how I look. When I lose the weight , I am hoping to be able to take a trip and not be concerned about how I'll look in the pictures. So, I am determined to lose the weight and gain my life back.
