My goal is to slowly limit my daily sugar intake. I love soft drinks and sweet goodies like cake, cookies etc. I have a love hate relationship with sugar. I love how it taste, but hate what it does to my body.
I will replace sweets with healthy snacks. Yes this will be a challenge to me. I love sweets! I will replace soft drinks with water. Yes, this too will be a challenge. I am ready to make a healthy lifestyle change. I will also begin a home exercise program. Walking for 30 mins a day and strength training twice a week is my goal.
I am a Christian. I am married and have three sweet children. I love flower gardening. Annuals are pretty, but perinnials are the best. I can't grow a house plant if you paid me. I am learning to knit. Later I would like to learn to crochet.
